STRATEGY

 Working Strategy

India Evangelistic Association has formulated a clear and cut to size working strategy. It works on a three pronged approach: -

1.     Partnership

2.     Networking

3.     Community Based Organization

1. Partnership

IEA partners with various organizations, including government departments, in order to facilitate various welfare activities. Partnerships also ensure that communities get funds and commodities required for their upliftment. Partnerships with local organizations helps IEA understand the people in different geographical areas and identify their needs. But the biggest partners of IEA are the people who have supported the organization through thick and thin with their kind words of encouragement, ideas and generous donations.

2. Networking

Networking ensures that IEA always has approachable people to look to whenever they need support in any manner. IEA intervenes through Alliance building and networking among civil society organization at grassroots to broad based for cooperation and coordinating effort towards justice, peace and development.

3. Community Based Organizations

The most relevant section of IEA’s strategy is Promoting and Strengthening Community Based Organizations/Task Force through:

A. Engage- Social engagement at every level of the community and the government to build strong relationships that last a lifetime.

B. Enable- Discover their potential and make their life meaningful and fulfilling. IEA’s mission is to help and enable people to become self sustainable.

C. Empower- Capacitating people to make a difference in their society more than just making a project impact on them. It is about combining the virtues of pushing forward, social involvement, building relations, developing know-how and being independent. But most important of all, bringing smiles is what counts.

We believe that sustainable development can only be brought about by the collective efforts of all the three entities.
