We have only one life. And to make it count, we must live it to its full potential and productivity.

We live in times where one hardly has time to spare for others. But what we fail to realize is that in order to make our lives truly meaningful, we must share love and compassion towards others.  Sharing and Caring are not only the joys of Christmas, Diwali or Ramzan that we share with neighbors, but also a day to day commitment to show concern and care for the other needy and poor, ignored and neglected people too. Such contribution in totality to share and care for others becomes the joys and cherished possession of a lifetime.

Our mission is to make people self-dependent. IEA’s mission is not just to help people but enable them to become self sustainable. 

Every individual irrespective of age, gender, caste or religion has an important role to play in community development process. We help them in facilitating processes to realize their potential and make full use of it.

This helps them to be self-reliant so they act boldly to raise their voice against social vices and be the cause for bringing change and development in the society. The Association educates and guides individuals to play a constructive role in the community development process.

IEA’s Definition of Self Reliant Communities:

A Self Reliant Community is an able state within specified or defined demographics competent to conceive, plan and implement appropriate activities with success, ensuring a self-sustained progressive life.
